Digital Delights New Release- Flying Roxster

This is another new Digital Delights release for this month.  I am so excited about this image for this week...why you ask????..well because of all of the fun things to do with this image...plus you know there just isn't as many boy images and this one is soooo adorable!

See if you can tell what i did..
1. look for jump rings
2. look for paper piercing
3. look for a sun that isn't a sun...

Here is my card using Flying Roxster, Fall Sunflower and Spring Sentiments from Digital Delights:

Well you have to "see" the original image i colored so you can see what i did.  (this image also comes colored as well) :)
 Flying Roxster
For the paper piercing all i did was print off the image and laid it on top of my paper that was laying on a foam pad..then i used a straight pin to to the poking...the paper piercing tool was too large.  Check out the "sun"..it is acutally the sunflower from Digital Delights and i just cut it to fit in the corner.  The sentiment is another Digital Delights sentiment from the Spring sentiment set.  I paper punched the bottom of the plane and the top of the sentiment and attached them to each other.  The plane is foam taped down, giving some height so the jump rings lay well.  I didn't add any foam to the sentiment so it is "free flying" LOL.

Please join me and the Digital Delights Design Team at the blog to see more ideas!
